Placement Process
The process is designed to help everyone understand fit, expectations, funding, and availability before a placement is made.
An individual or referral partner shares the basic information needed for housing consideration.
We review independence, household fit, funding, expectations, and any appropriate supporting information.
If the placement appears appropriate, we discuss availability, costs, expectations, and next steps.
After approval, we coordinate timing and provide an orientation to the home guidelines.
